• Amount: 20% of the total value of the selected quota, distributed equally across the monthly installments during the consortium term.

2. Reserve Fund Contribution

• What it Covers: The reserve fund is designed to ensure the financial stability of the consortium, providing a safeguard for participants in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• Amount: 10% of the total value of the selected quota, distributed equally across the monthly installments during the consortium term.

• Refund: The reserve fund contribution will be fully refunded to participants at the end of the consortium term, provided all contractual obligations are met.

3. Penalty Fees

• Late Payment Fee: A fixed fee of $50 will be charged for payments delayed beyond the due date.

• Early Withdrawal Fee: Applicable if a participant decides to leave the consortium early. The fee depends on the contract terms and the remaining balance.

• Legal Documentation Fee: For additional legal documentation requests, a fee of $150 per document applies.
